Whitney Reid – Owner
Whitney is a born-and-raised Richmonder who is living her dream! She graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Theatre Performance, and headed straight for Disney where she received extensive character and improvisational training while working as a performer in the Magic Kingdom! She has been performing as a princess for over five years. In addition to portraying a number of different princesses, she is in charge of all social media, marketing, community outreach, and performer training. She is a wife, a mom to the sweetest baby boy, and an eternal toe-stubber. Be advised – as a princess she is sugary sweet, but you’ll find she is much more of a sassy spitfire when the wigs come off! Though she and Princess Anna could be adork-able twins, her favorite princess is Rapunzel; but she will always have a soft spot in her heart for Cinderella – I mean, who can resist a gorgeous ballgown and a grand entrance?
Caroline is a senior in high school who has been singing and dancing since she was 3, and acting since she was 5! Currently at her high school, she is a Cohead for her acapella group and a member of the other two chorale groups. She has been accepted into district chorus every year since eighth grade, and her junior year she was selected for All-State choir! She has performed in every school theater opportunity since elementary school, as well as several community theater shows. She has attended summer musical theater intensives at Christopher Newport University, New York University, and Syracuse University. She will be auditioning for numerous college musical theatre programs in the next year and will be pursuing musical theatre as a career! In addition to performing, she has always loved babysitting and being around children. This job is perfect because she gets to mix her three favorite things, performing, children, and Disney!
Connor is a 21-year old Richmond native who has worked with as a princess performer for over four years. Connor has shown a passion for performing since her early childhood, jumping at any chance to prance and sing around the stage. She has performed in several leading and supporting roles, in numerous productions, including Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast, and many others. Connor has also taken numerous acting and singing classes, and performed in plays and musicals with Christian Youth Theater (now Character Works), including A Christmas Carol and The Chronicles of Narnia. Additionally, she has been a part of several select choral groups at both the high school and collegiate level. She is currently enrolled as a senior at Randolph-Macon College, double-majoring in Political Science and Communications, with a minor in Religious Studies. In her spare time, Connor loves shopping, going on adventures, and traveling – especially to Disney World! If Connor could sum up what is most important to her in her life, it would be her faith, friends, and family. She has a passion for all things bright, colorful, and happy, and she loves to make others smile!
Emily has been performing as a princess since 2015, and has loved every minute of it! She loves to dance and sing – she started when she was three years old and has trained with several different schools, including the Richmond Ballet and the Rock School of Dance in Pittsburgh. She also sang in her high school choir and was a member of the show choir. Emily recently graduated from Longwood University with a degree in Elementary Education, and is currently continuing her studies by getting her Masters in Special Education. Her favorite princesses are Snow White and Elsa. She loves making every child feel special on their special day!
Jessica is a New York native who has made Richmond her home. She has been princessing for three years now. She started singing in the 6th grade in chorus and has been in a cappella groups, chamber ensembles, and operas. She has years of experience with both cheering and dancing (ballet, modern, musical theater, AND partnering!), and has performed in numerous musical theatre productions, including Beauty and the Beast. Her favorite princess is Tiana!
Madison is a 23-year-old alumnus of James Madison University. She studied both performance and technical design in the School of Theatre and Dance, where she starred in several shows, her favorite of course being Wendy Darling in Peter Pan. She’s grown up on Disney, visiting the parks since she was just a year old! After completing her senior thesis that featured – surprise! – Disney Princesses, Madison worked as a company actor for Children’s Playshop Theatre, and has recently relocated to Richmond. She has extensive experience working with children, and loves a good round of playing make-believe. Her favorite princess is Princess Anna, but she also adores Ariel and Belle!
